• The registration fee charged for application after December 31, 1999 will apply to on-site registration.
• Accompanying persons are not allowed to attend the scientific program. Registration forms along with the registration fee should be sent back to the office of the congress.
• Please note that only one participant may register on one form. For additional forms, please make copies, which are also accepted.
• Registration fee won't be refunded to those whose theses have been selected but are unable to attend the conference due to various reasons.
• Foreign participants may apply for Visa in the Chinese embassy or consulate with the invitation of the Department for International Cooperation of the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
