论 文 要 求

1. 论文务求内容翔实，数据可靠，观点明确。
2. 论文稿一律用计算机或打字机打印，不用图表。
3. 国外英文稿篇幅不超过B5纸一页（隔行打印），不用图表；内容包括，目的、方法、结果、结论四部分。未注册的作者论文不受理。
4. 国内代表论文篇幅限3000字，并附800字以内的中、英文摘要各一份，内容包括，目的、方法、结果、结论四部分。每篇中英文稿件收取审稿费、录入费50元。若委托大会学术部译成英文，每篇另收取翻译费80元。未交论文审稿费、翻译费的稿件不予受理。
5. 稿件截止日期为1999年12月31日。

7. 论文展贴和录像材料都要有中、英文对照。口头论文报告总时间15分钟：宣读论文10分钟，讨论5分钟。
8. 论文内容：

THESES SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

1. The thesis is required to be full and accurate in contents, reliable in data and definite in viewpoints.
2. The thesis is required to be typed or printed with a word processor. Generally no diagram is encouraged.
3. The thesis in English is required to be no more than one page of B5 (in double space). Generally no diagram is encouraged. The contents are required to include purpose, methods, results and conclusion. The thesis of the non- registered author is not accepted.
4. The thesis of the domestic participant is limited within 3000 Chinese characters, with 800-word long abstract in Chinese and English attached. The contents are required to include purpose, methods, results and conclusion. 50 RMB is charged for reviewing and admitting of each thesis. Those who ask the Scientific Department to have the thesis translated from Chinese into English are charged with 80 RMB per abstract. The theses of those who fail to pay the fee for reviewing and translation are not accepted.

7. Posters and video presentations should be bilingual (Chinese and English). The total time of the oral presentation is 15 minutes; the time to present the thesis is 10 minutes while the time for discussion is 5 minutes.
