开幕式

地点：北京国际会议中心

本次北京国际传统医药大会（北京 2000）将举行隆重的开幕式。会上由中国政府官员、WHO官员及各界贵宾致贺辞，并邀请著名传统医药专家出席大会。

开幕式主会场将由中国卫生部高级官员、世界卫生组织高级官员作主题演讲。

地点：人民大会堂宴会厅
费用：自理。

为了欢迎来自世界各地的与会者，我们将在世界著名的北京人民大会堂宴会厅举办欢迎宴会。中国艺术家将表演具有民族特色的节目。　

闭幕式

日期：2000年4月24日（星期一），下午14:00开始，闭幕式后进行交流与洽谈，18:00结束。
地点：北京国际会议中心

在闭幕式上，由会议主办者向所有与会者致谢词并颁发优秀论文荣誉证书。

OPENING CEREMONY

DATE: 9:00 — 12:00am, April 22 (Saturday), 2000

VENUE: Beijing International Convention Center

A grand opening ceremony will be held to celebrate the convention of the International Congress on Traditional Medicine (Beijing 2000). At the ceremony, the Chinese governmental officials, the WHO officials and the distinguished guests from all circles will deliver greeting speeches. Many famous traditional medicine experts will be invited to attend the ceremony.

At the main meeting hall of the opening ceremony, senior officers from the Ministry of Health of the People’s Republic of China and WHO will be invited to deliver key-note speeches.

WELCOMING BANQUET

DATE: 19:00 — 21:00pm, April 22 (Saturday), 2000

VENUE: Banquet Hall of the Great Hall of the People

EXPENSES: At one’s own expense

In order to greet the participants from all corners of the world, we will hold a welcoming banquet at the famous Great Hall of the People, Beijing. Famous Chinese artists will be invited to perform programs with Chinese national features at the banquet.

CLOSING CEREMONY

DATE: April 24 (Monday), 2000, starting from 14:00pm, conducting exchange and discussion after the closing ceremony, finishing at 18:00pm.

VENUE: Beijing International Convention Center

At the closing ceremony, the sponsors of the Congress will express thanks to all participants and issue honorary certificates of excellent theses.
